What You Will Do Summer Interns will receive hands-on experience supporting a Strategic Business Unit or Functional Area within our Finance Organization. Take on special assignments such as developing financial models, improving processes, and preparing individual and group projects to be presented to Finance Leadership. Through these activities, Interns will learn the financials of Raytheon, how our organization is structured, and how the company fulfills its commitments to our customers. Participate in weekly development sessions to learn technical and soft skills and grow their network. Gain exposure to Raytheon Products, Customers, tools, and processes in the Finance organization with “on-the-job” training in areas ranging from: Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Program/Contract Business Management, or Pricing/Proposal Development. Qualifications You Must Have Must be Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Management and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session. Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Project and PowerPoint Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
