The We are seeking a reliable and professional Flex Security Field Supervisor  to oversee security operations across multiple sites. This position is responsible for supporting field personnel, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies, filling open shifts as needed, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a flexible schedule.  position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
