What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
- Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
What you need
- Requires a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, living within 30 minutes of the property, and 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.
- Education: a professional certificate
