About the Role
Join an early-stage AI creative technology company as one of its first engineers. You will work closely with the founders to build a self-serve platform for generating video creative, helping shape the product while delivering features for customers.
What You'll Do
Build and ship the web platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Develop self-serve tools for creating launch videos, sales videos, and localized marketing campaigns.
Help shape the product roadmap and make technical decisions as a founding team member.
Integrate LLM-powered agents and creative generation pipelines into a polished user experience.
Deliver customer commitments while prototyping and iterating on product features.
What We're Looking For
Zero to three years of full-stack engineering experience, including production web application development.
Experience at an early-stage or engineering-led startup, as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee; venture-backed founding experience is also relevant.
Proficiency with Python and JavaScript, including React and Next.js; familiarity with Node.js is relevant.
Familiarity with LLM-powered applications and agent architectures.
Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to explain technical decisions and respectfully challenge direction when needed.
A background primarily outside scientific discovery or lab-based domains; creative or video experience and human-in-the-loop systems experience are helpful.
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $175,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in San Francisco, United States.
