What you'll do
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
- Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What you need
- Requires active CNA certification in good standing with the state, recent education or completed clinical hours, and the ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- A caring, dependable, team-oriented attitude is required.

Starting Wages: $23.45–$33.42/HR (based on certified experience)
Location: Highland House Health & Rehabilitation Center (Grants Pass, OR)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and NOC Shifts available (Weekend Availability required)
Day Shift: 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 2:30 PM-10:30 PM
NOC Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, 12s
