What you'll do
- Identify, shortlist, select, and purchase suitable goods or services from third-party vendors, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate quality and quantity.
- Build relationships with existing suppliers and diversify the supplier base.
What you need
- Highschool education with 5 or more years of procurement experience or<span> </span>
- Associate degree or diploma (3-year degree) in a related field with 3-5<span> </span>years of procurement experience or<span> </span>
- Engineering degree (4-year degree) with 1-2 years of procurement experience<span> </span>
- <p style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Contract negotiations and procurement processes experience in a manufacturing setting</p>
- <span class="FormField">Able to evaluate vendor capabilities </span>
- <span class="FormField">Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Suite </span>
- <span class="FormField">Working knowledge of supply chain fundamentals </span>
