We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team, providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during their most vulnerable moments.
What you'll do
- Deliver empathetic and compassionate care to patients in their homes or facilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, pain management, and symptom control
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for patients
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families
What you need
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid Driver's license and state required Auto Insurance
- A deep sense of empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospice care team.
- Understanding of end-of-life care principles (experience in hospice is a plus).

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
