Overview As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be both a trusted technical expert and a customer-facing advisor. You’ll diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while also educating homeowners on replacement options, upgrades, and comfort solutions. Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills. Participate in manufacturer and safety training; adhere to all safety policies. Customer Consultation Educate homeowners on product offerings including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems. Deliver persuasive, informative presentations highlighting benefits, financing options, and installation timelines. Sales & Relationship Management Prepare accurate proposals and guide customers through decision-making. Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the service and sales process. Track activities and progress using CRM software. Generate leads through service calls, referrals, and company-provided resources. Follow up with potential customers in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: 2–5 years residential HVAC service experience required EPA and/or RMGA in hand Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex product information.
