We’re actively looking for multiple Implementation Coordinators who want to help take the customer experience to the next level. ***This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the U.S.. The ideal candidate thrives in a growing, tight-knit, fast paced environment and has experience onboarding enterprise-level clients efficiently and cost effectively. You are: Organized and detail-oriented A key player on the implementation team in delivering seamless onboarding experience. Early/mid-Career, looking to grow your career in SaaS implementation, healthcare technology, or customer success. Highly collaborative focused on aligning product capabilities in direct support of customer requirements. A key part in ensuring smooth and successful onboarding experience for customers. Your Responsibilities: Assist implementation team in gathering and documenting business requirements during implementation. Support discovery sessions to understand customers' current systems, processes, and data structures. Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration. Configure platform settings and parameters as directed, aligning build to documented requirements. Support testing and validation of system configurations and data migration to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to escalate complex issues or propose platform improvements. Maintain implementation documentation and process guides; recommend improvements for clarity and efficiency. Must Haves: 1–2 years of experience in a support, administrative, or coordinator role (internships or relevant coursework considered). Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms. Even Better if you have: Experience with healthcare-specific platforms (e.g., EMRs/EHRs, WFM tools, scheduling systems, Epic). Basic knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., ETL tools) is a bonus. Other Attributes Which Will Help You Stand Out: Strong fit to our culture will include a mix of technical and interpersonal abilities, including curiosity, flexibility, innovation, and loyalty. Experience with customer support and project management, preferably in a tech environment. Actively seeks to learn (and become a Subject Matter Expert on) the TeamBuilder platform to enable product delivery and customer success. Establish effective relationships and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions with both customers and colleagues. Additional Information: Job Type: Full-time, Exempt Location: Remote, must be flexible to work across time-zones. Reports To: Chief Customer Officer; Close interaction w/ Head of Product & Data.
