Virtual Member Service Rep I Status: Full Time Location: Remote Starting salary - $19.84 to $24.80/hour, actual rate will depend on experience.   VIRTUAL MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – AMERICU CREDIT UNION  AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Virtual Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Virtual Member Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success. ----------------------------------------   What You’ll Do as a Virtual Member Service Representative * Greet members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture * Provides a seamless member interaction in line with member expectations of an in-person teller transaction. * Accurately and efficiently assist members by performing financial transactions. * Utilize the Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce) to track member referrals and non-member encounters for accurate recording of services provided. * Accurately reconcile daily totals at the close of the business day. * Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with credit union or regulatory standards and policies, with particular attention to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the SAFE Act. * Adhere to credit union and departmental policies and procedures. ---------------------------------------- What We’re Looking For * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment * Comfort with technology and willingness to support members with digital tools * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Commitment to meeting goals and contributing to team success ---------------------------------------- Benefits & Growth Opportunities At AmeriCU, our Virtual Member Service Representative roles are designed for growth—whether you're starting your career or looking to advance.
