Backed by industry giants like NVIDIA, AMD and Intel and manufactured in partnership with the world’s leading semiconductor ecosystem, Ayar Labs’ co-packaged optics solution is key to unleashing next-generation AI scale-up architectures.  This internship offers hands-on ownership of real marketing initiatives at a fast-growing semiconductor company. The intern will work on a small number of defined projects spanning areas like campaign execution, content and brand programs, and marketing operations with specific scope shaped around the intern's interests and the team's priorities at the time. A core part of the role is bringing strong AI fluency to the team: the intern will be expected to actively identify and test ways AI tools can make the marketing organization more efficient, not just use them as a supplement to traditional execution.The intern will get direct, cross-functional exposure to how a technical B2B marketing team operates, working alongside marketing, communications, sales, product, and executive stakeholders, with regular one-on-one mentorship throughout the internship.   Intern Skillset Needed * Strong writing, communications and organizational skills * Genuine comfort and hands-on experience with AI tools for research, drafting, workflow automation, or building lightweight tools. * Interest in B2B or technical marketing * A self-starter mindset with the ability to take real ownership of a project, not just support tasks  Education Requirements * Candidate should be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or aligned area    Pay Range: $45 - 55/hourly, depending on education level NOTE TO RECRUITERS: Principals only.
