Intern, Technical Job ID 2026-5135 Type Contract W-2 FTE Client & Job Location : Location US-IL-Downers Grove Responsibilities Sentinel is seeking internship candidates looking to gain hands on experience working with our Help Desk team. You will spend your summer working with Sentinel’s top engineers shadowing and training to build your skills in technical competencies and customer relations. You will have the opportunity to learn some of the most innovative technologies. This internship program is designed to take your knowledge from classroom knowledge and skills into hands on practical implementation. At the end of the internship you will be reviewed by our internal hiring managers for an opportunity to receive a job offer for future employment. This position is located in Downers Grove, IL. Qualifications Minimum of a junior in college or higher working towards a Bachelor’s degree Major in Computer Science or Network Engineering or related field Hands-on experience in networking, cloud, and/or network security is helpful but not required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with our internal teams and our clients. Experience working in customer service or customer facing environment is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
