What you'll do
- Provide nursing care, implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise and evaluate CNAs.
- Oversee fall-risk and pressure ulcer prevention, evaluate residents' medical status, document changes, and adjust care plans.
What you need
- An active license to practice as an LPN is required.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
