In unexpected catastrophic situations you can confidentially apply for help.rnrnMajor Responsibilities rnrnCoordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas. rnAssist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving. rnMaintain the facility ground. rnEnsure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience. rnAssist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.rnProvide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. rnrnMinimum QualificationsrnrnMust possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. rnTwo (2) years\' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred.rnYou must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.rnrn rnWe\'re an equal opportunity employer.
