What you'll do
- Provide high quality nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and evaluate CNAs
- Oversee fall-risk and pressure ulcer prevention programs
- Work to prevent and manage falls and pressure ulcers
- Evaluate each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout treatment
- Document changes and adjust care plans as necessary
What you need
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities (preferred)
