Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and overall appearance of the community. This role is responsible for maintaining common areas, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring all building systems and amenities are operating safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and\n repairs in common areas, including, clubhouse, guardhouses, Doggie stations and\n trash , and shared amenities Conduct basic repairs involving\n plumbing, and\n changing out light bulbs, photo sensors and/or\n timers for lighting. Inspect buildings, equipment, and\n community grounds to identify and address maintenance needs Respond to work orders and\n maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with preventative maintenance\n programs to extend the life of equipment and facilities Ensure pool areas, fitness centers,\n and other amenities are safe, clean, and operational Coordinate with vendors and\n contractors as needed for specialized repairs Maintain accurate records of\n maintenance activities and completed work Follow all safety procedures and\n building codes Assist with emergency repairs or\n after-hours issues as required Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm $19-$20 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE WEST PALM BEACH AREA!
