What you'll do
- Lead the strategic implementation of enterprise-wide MBSE tools
- Support enterprise-wide MBSE tools
- Bridge advanced systems engineering and MBSE methodologies with practical tool deployment
What you need
- BS in Engineering (e.g., Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering) or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and SysML
- Advanced, hands-on expertise with MagicDraw / CATIA Magic and Teamwork Cloud (TWC)
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing DSLs (domain-specific languages) and MagicDraw profiles.
- Working knowledge of SAE J1739 Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) disciplines and CATIA Magic integrations
- Experience providing technical user support, issue management, and training/mentoring in SysML/MBSE/CATIA Magic
- MS in Engineering (e.g., Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science)
- 5+ years of systems engineering and model-based systems engineering experience
- OMG SysML and/or INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP/CSEP) certifications
- Deep understanding of SysML model composition, architecture patterns, and collaboration best practices
- Experience serving as a Lead Systems Engineer on a major MBSE project and/or leading MBSE adoption and deployment at an organizational or large-project scale
- Familiarity with AI/ML principles, integrations, and deployment within engineering tools (e.g., AI-assisted modeling)
- Familiarity with SysML V2 and the RAAML standard
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies, Jira backlog maintenance, and requirements management tools
- Experience utilizing the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX/CATIA) environment and MagicDraw/CATIA Magic connectors/integrations (such as Data Hub)
