We’re hiring a Multi-Site Facilities Technician (Porter/Groundskeeper) at our POD 5 communities (San Marbeya, San Cervantes, San Palacio) in Chandler & Tempe, AZ. Requirements High-energy, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to maintain productivity throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail, with an eye for cleanliness and maintaining the overall appearance of the community. Ability to perform general groundskeeping, cleaning, and upkeep to maintain community standards. Ability to work independently while managing daily tasks and priorities. Dependable and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Willingness to work cohesively as a part of a team. Prior experience working as groundskeeper, landscaper, porter, or related position is especially desirable. A basic understanding of written and verbal English. In This Role You Will Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, dumpster areas, parking lots and other community buildings. Remove trash from exterior grounds, trash containers, and vacant apartments prior to make-ready process. Complete opening and closing duties, including property walks and landscaping assessments. Daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and upkeep of pool(s), tot lots, light fixtures, breezeways, amenity areas and BBQ grills. Perform janitorial tasks, including power washing, light exterior painting of speed bumps, curbs etc. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of community grounds.
