What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination of diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with care teams, educate patients and families, maintain medical records, participate in research, and pursue ongoing professional development.
What you need
- Requires a Master of Nursing degree and graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Requires at least one year of pediatric nurse practitioner experience, a current California RN license, nurse practitioner and furnishing licenses, national NP certification, a DEA license, and current life support certification; experience in NICU, pediatrics, pediatric emergency care, or pediatric surgery is preferred.
- Education: a postgraduate degree
