As the nursing resource coordinator, you will support our nursing department with a variety of tasks, including: ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility's nursing department to meet the needs of the residents, based on budget and census tracking attendance, time card corrections, and changes in positions completing state mandated postings and monitor other related schedule issues working closely with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives back up for HI other administrative duties as assigned Required Qualifications: high school education or GED equivalent Preferred Qualifications: previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required More Than Just a Job - Great Benefits!
