WHO WE ARE Adaptive Home Health is building a higher-acuity, patient-centered, skilled home health model across Texas. Our ultimate mission is to dramatically improve patient access to home health care. The OT role is the front line of that mission: you restore function in the home, build safe routines, reduce avoidable decline, and help patients regain independence in ADLs/IADLs.
