Key Position Details: Monday - Friday daytime hours, hybrid schedule optional Will receive supervision hours Support and preparation for independent licensure and practice Job Description: Provide outpatient individual therapy for patients through age 64 See approximately 28 patients per week Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Complete crisis interventions and safety assessments Coordinate care for new and established patients Receive weekly group and individual supervision Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work Licenses/Certifications Licensed Graduate Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required and successful progress towards independent licensure Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below: ◦ Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association ◦ Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross ◦ Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire) Physical Demands Sedentary: lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently Allina Health is a nonprofit health system serving communities throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin, with 12 hospital campuses, 60+ primary care clinics, and more than 100 specialty care sites. Pay Range Pay Range: $32.92 to $45.12 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
