What you'll do
- Earn $135.88 per 8-hour overnight shift, with additional earnings when overnight assistance is needed! Looking for a rewarding overnight position where you can make a difference while having the opportunity to sleep during designated hours? Shared Wellness is hiring Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA. Our overnight positions offer consistent schedules, meaningful work, and the opportunity to sleep during designated overnight hours when support needs permit. Pay & Schedule Earn $135.88 per scheduled 8-hour overnight shift.
- $20.21/hour for 2 regularly scheduled awake hours.
- $15.91/hour for 6 designated asleep hours.
- $20.21/hour for any time spent awake providing assistance during designated sleeping hours.
- Consistent overnight schedules, with specific days and hours based on available positions.

- Responding promptly to individual needs or emergencies throughout the night.
