Consistent part-time weekday schedule Competitive hourly pay Work alongside an experienced clinical team Supportive, patient-focused environment Opportunity to use your emergency medical training in an outpatient setting Position Summary We are seeking a Paramedic / EMT to support clinical operations and assist physicians and nursing staff with patient care, basic emergency procedures, and treatment preparation. This role helps ensure patient safety and smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients and treatment rooms for procedures, including setting up supplies and assisting with IVs. Assist with sedation under physician direction at designated locations. Collect patient histories and communicate changes in patient condition to nurses and physicians. Support patient care planning and clinical documentation. Perform phlebotomy, basic lab procedures, wound cultures, point-of-care testing, and EKGs. Clean and prepare rooms between procedures and restock supplies. Maintain patient confidentiality and complete required training. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Current Paramedic license (EMT-P). Current ACLS and BLS certifications. Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of medical principles and practices consistent with EMT/Paramedic training. Preferred At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
