What you'll do
- Own customer bids for Partial truckload, Refrigerated LTL, and expedite services
- Turn lane data, shipment profiles, and market intelligence into rates
- Partner with Business Development to win the right freight at the right margin
- Independently execute RFPs daily
What you need
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3+ years in freight, logistics, or pricing; RFP or bid experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of specialized services
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, large datasets, bid templates).
- Ability to manage several bids at once and hit hard deadlines.
- A highly organized, detail-oriented approach and clear communication skills
