- Support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments.
- Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration, transportation, and emotional support while encouraging independence.
What you need
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- No experience is required; a valid Michigan driver's license in good standing is required, while CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification are preferred.

What You'll DoAs a Patient Care Assistant, you will support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Supporting medication administration
Transporting individuals using a company vehicle
Providing emotional support and encouraging independence
Shifts Available
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
