We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Initial schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Fridays with occasional Saturdays in our Bellevue office. The role will include transitioning into more hours on Tuesday, Thursday and occasional Saturdays in our Issaquah locations in the near future! Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and families
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
Explain treatment plans and payment options
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Follow up with new and existing patients
Work closely with the orthodontist and team
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate patient records
Travel reliably between our office locations as needed
Qualifications
Friendly and professional personality
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable and dependable
Comfortable working with patients and families
Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between our locations
