The Planning and Scheduling Engineer defines project objectives in terms of duration and resources, develops and maintains an execution-aligned schedule, and monitors project status to support reliable forecasting. The role provides planning, monitoring, control, schedule analysis, and reporting support for projects and proposals, with a primary focus on home-office EPC activities and small engineering-services scopes. The position works closely with the Head of Planning & Scheduling Department or the Project Planning and Scheduling lead, project and proposal teams, clients, partners, vendors, and subcontractors. The role may also supervise or train less-experienced colleagues, primarily on small and medium-size projects.
