What you'll do
- Work closely with the plant vehicle engineering team and manufacturing leadership
- Ensure vehicle service concerns are identified and appropriately actioned
What you need
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of automotive service technical experience
- 5+ years of experience with problem solving resolution, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of Global 8D experience or green belt certification
- 3+ years of documented project or program management experience
- Proficiency with Ford Databases (GCQIS, WERS, MMP, GSAR, TWAS)
- Dealer Employment experience (fixed operations) desired
- FCSD field experience desired
- Knowledge of Product Development process and structure desired
- Capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Adapt quickly to support ad-hoc projects

The Louisville FCSD PVT Resident is the Single Point of Contact for service support and readiness at the manufacturing plant. This position works closely with the plant vehicle engineering team as well as manufacturing leadership to ensure that vehicle service concerns are identified and appropriately actioned preventing issues in the field.
