Plan and lead Ford's global aftertreatment cost reduction efforts as part of the Aftertreatment team in Vehicle Propulsion Systems Engineering. You'll own cost-saving ideas for gasoline and diesel vehicles from concept to production, leading weekly cross-functional meetings with Design and Release, Engine Calibration, Certification, Vehicle Program and the Plant Vehicle Team. You'll build hands-on program management experience by balancing competing priorities, keeping testing plans on track, presenting in management reviews, and coordinating annual aftertreatment competitive benchmarking. Your work will help Ford meet worldwide emissions regulations at minimum cost and deliver measurable savings on production vehicles. This hybrid role is ideal for an engineer with aftertreatment or emissions experience who wants to grow their planning and program management skills.
