- Completing repair activities on generators or components
- Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed records of service
- Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
- Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
- Maintain own tools
What you need
- This role will require applicant to have a valid drivers license and the applicant will drive a heavy duty truck occasionally pulling a trailer. This role will also require the applicant to provide and maintain their own tools.Nice to Have:- A CDL may be required to obtain upon hire- Federal law requires a CDL holder to be 21 years of age or older Must Have:- A current valid license is required for this role- This role requires a 5-year motor vehicle report, free from major violations- This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical- 3 years driving experience- This role is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use- Federal law requires operators of commercial vehicles to be 21 years of age or older, applicant must be 21 years of age

Under direct or close supervision, provides assistance with basic repairs and preventative maintenance on all power generation systems, parts, and components at customer sites. Will undergo on-the-job training and relevant Cummins-based courses. Adheres to established procedures and guidelines to enhance service workshop knowledge and skills.
