What you'll do
- Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Perform G-tube/PEG care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as required
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Provide ventilator support when required and appropriately trained
- Educate patients and caregivers and maintain accurate documentation
What you need
- Active New York State RN license
- Minimum of 6 months of home care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
