What you'll do
- Provide skilled nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Provide applicable trach/vent, G-tube, wound, and post-operative care; maintain clinical documentation and follow care plans.
What you need
- Requires an active NYS RN license and registration, at least 6 months of nursing experience, and current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Also requires a recent physical examination and QuantiFERON, MMR titers within 10 years, professional malpractice insurance, and an NPI number.

Pay: $45 per hour
Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling, weekday and weekend shifts, and immediate openings for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Provide trach/vent care, G-tube feedings, wound care, and post-operative care as applicable.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow individualized care plans.
Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
Requirements
Active NYS RN license and registration.
Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
Physical examination and QuantiFERON within the past year.
MMR titers within 10 years.
Professional malpractice insurance and NPI number.
