What you'll do
- Assist Product Engineering team with technical support for existing product line
- Assist with the evaluation of the new product designs, modifications to existing product, and design of valve constructions for critical service applications
- Troubleshoot valve performance or manufacturing issues while completing engineering analyses in order to provide a solution to the root cause
- Provide engineering support to the Global Sales Offices by assisting with technical quotation details for new valve offerings
- Assist with the daily execution of products orders involving design modifications, application reviews, and customer interaction
- Develop and streamline digital tools used for design and validation of new and existing products.
- You balance planning with actions. You prepare content for communication that is impactful. You listen to get a better read on what’s going on with others. You are attentive to competitive landscapes leveraging knowledge and enabling better decisions. You flex your style to accommodate differences.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or a closely related field
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at location (Marshalltown, IA)
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior internship experience
