About This Job Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions. Session 1: May 25 - August 13 Session 2: June 14 - September 3 The Product Management Internship offers hands-on experience in supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Interns will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to learn how products are researched, designed, and delivered in a dynamic environment. The intern will support the Invest product team by helping document requirements, analyze product and technical issues, support UAT testing, and improve product documentation and tracking. The intern should be comfortable reviewing API documentation, understanding API endpoints and available data, and connecting backend capabilities to the resulting customer experience and product requirements. Responsibilities Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions. Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives. Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables. Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review. Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
