- Prepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projects
- Assist in creating and managing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery

- Participate in research and development (R&D) for new production processes and workflow improvements
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization and problem-solving
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel and related tools
What you need
- A bachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Requires experience in print production, manufacturing, or production coordination, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production management tools.

Production Specialist (Print Production & Workflow Coordination) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized a Production Specialist to support and oversee print production workflows and operational processes . This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, meet strict deadlines, and maintain the highest standards of quality, color accuracy, and production consistency . The ideal candidate will have experience in production coordination, workflow management, and print operations support , along with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
