A day in the life
As a Program Manager Intern, you will collaborate and partner with business
teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, as well as identify
predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches
related to forecasting and prediction. You will identify, develop, manage, and
execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business
recommendations.
You will build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams
across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to
uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes.
Interns may be placed in a Fulfillment Center (FC) environment. Our recruiting

Are 18 years of age or older
- Work 40 hours/week throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship
between May through September
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral
date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Able to relocate nationwide - relocation assistance provided if eligible
Preferred Qualifications: - Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular
record
- Basic understanding of modern programming concepts and languages such as Java,
SQL, C++, or Python
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication with a keen focus on
delivering business results
- Demonstrated track record in using data and metrics to make decisions and
build scalable solutions
- Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
