Program Specialist - Youth Sports - Swift Creek YMCA

The _______ Family YMCA is seeking sports enthusiasts to help with our youth sports seasons. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is a nonprofit organization with the goal of strengthening the foundations of community. We do this through programs that help build a healthy mind, body and spirit for all, and our programs are built around our three focus areas: Healthy Living, Youth Development and Social Responsibility. DUTIES Candidate should be available to work evenings and weekends to help facilitate practices and games. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must know the rules of the applicable sports, work well with young people, be able to multitask, and communicate effectively with parents and children.
