What you'll do
- Conducts initial assessments and groups
- Provides mental health counseling to individuals and families
- Provides crisis intervention as needed
- Assures documentation is timely and recorded in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Participates in the interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Effectively communicates with team and other departments
- Works well within a team environment
What you need
- Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience
- Hospital experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Unencumbered license in Texas as a LCSW, LPC, LMSW or LPC-A

Signet Health manages the behavioral health services for Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center. Our team uses evidence-based treatment modalities to help provide cutting-edge and quality therapeutic services in the Midland, Texas area.
We are actively hiring for Full-time Therapists
LCSWs, LPCs, LMSWs and LPC-As
to work
on-site,
for our brand-new free standing psychiatric hospital.
Responsibilities:
Conducts initial assessments and groups
Provides Mental health counseling to individuals and families
Provides crisis intervention as needed
Assures documentation is timely and recorded in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and is in strict compliance with DNV, CMS and other regulatory agencies
Participates in the interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Effectively communicates with team and other departments
Works well within a team environment
Additional duties as assigned
Will work some weekends

Requirements/Qualifications
