Project Coordinator

Position: Project Review Specialist Onsite | Mechanicsburg, PA Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Full-Time Looking for an opportunity where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with data help ensure projects are ready for successful installation? West Shore Home is hiring a Project Review Specialist to join our Inside Operations team. In this role, you’ll review project measurements, photos, and documentation to verify product requirements, material quantities, and installation details before projects move forward. Your work will help ensure accurate ordering, identify potential project concerns, and keep installations on track. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role focused on accuracy, organization, critical thinking, and collaboration across multiple teams. What You’ll Do Review measurements, photos, scans, and other documentation for shower and bath projects Verify project details, product selections, measurements, job classifications, labor hours, and statuses for accuracy Identify potential project concerns and determine when on-site inspections are needed Coordinate pre-installation appointments with Scheduling Specialists when necessary Prepare Operations Measure Sheets for the Purchasing team and installers Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to clarify project scope and address questions Build expertise in West Shore Home’s shower and bath products and installation requirements Maintain accurate project information and sales orders in Salesforce Communicate project updates and resolve questions through phone, email, and Salesforce Process projects efficiently while meeting established performance goals What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent, productive pace Comfort performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn product specifications, systems, and established processes Installation, sales, or Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Compensation & Benefits 20.03 / Hour Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Employee discounts and referral program Career growth opportunities About West Shore Home At West Shore Home, we’re redefining the home remodeling experience.
