Epitec is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our Sales & Recruiting team. This is a hybrid position in Phoenix, AZ requiring time spent onsite at client locations. What You Will Do Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools Call, screen, and interview candidates to understand their experience and strengths Match qualified candidates with position requirements Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and prepare candidates for interviews Present employment opportunities and discuss compensation packages with candidates Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Develop industry knowledge, provide excellent service, and generate referrals Communicate effectively and contribute to a productive, inclusive environment What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, sales, or business. Minimum 3.0 GPA Customer-facing or customer service experience Previous experience in hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred Leadership experience through work, academics, or extracurricular activities Interest in developing a career in sales Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Professionalism, adaptability, and a sense of urgency Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Benefits This position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance; two weeks of paid time off; nine holidays; a 401(k) match; company-paid life insurance; company-provided equipment; an employee care program; and a defined growth path.
