What you'll do
- Manage and resolve outstanding credit balances related to patient accounts
- Manage and resolve insurance credits and refunds
- Work collaboratively with insurance companies and guarantors
- Ensure accurate billing and timely payments
What you need
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No Prior Experience Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Self starter
- Proficient in using computers and computer systems
- Proficient in online refund data entry
