Registered Behavior Technician (In-Home)

Animate Behavior is a BCBA-owned, boutique ABA agency serving the Greater Bay Area, and we're hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Contra Costa County. You'll work one-on-one with young children with autism in their homes and communities, with weekday daytime hours and BCBA supervisors always available. Clinical quality, ethical practice, and staff support come first here. Why you'll love it here $24 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and education level; includes up to $3/hour bonus on billable hours A real career path from BT to RBT to Lead RBT and beyond, with BCBA fieldwork and coursework support when you're ready A dedicated BCBA supervisor who knows your clients and is reachable during every session: real mentorship, not remote sign-offs Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement between client homes Weekday daytime schedule with 30 to 40 hours per week available Ongoing, hands-on training to sharpen your ABA skills Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; SIMPLE IRA with company match; paid time off and paid sick time; paid training; RBT certification reimbursement; professional development support; life insurance; Employee Assistance Program; referral bonuses What you'll do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism and related developmental disabilities Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Partner with families and your clinical team to support each child's goals What we're looking for RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training (required) Previous ABA experience (required); 1 year preferred High school diploma or equivalent (required) Dependable, patient, and excited to work with young children Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance for travel between client homes in Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez and surrounding Contra Costa communities Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime hours, in person in client homes across Contra Costa County. 30 to 40 hours per week available.
