What you need

One year critical care or emergency room experience OR two years medical/surgical experience
RN license active in the state of Missouri
BLS and ACLS must be obtained within 90 days
Must obtain PALS within one year of hire
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)

Flex Nurses are assigned throughout the Branson Hospital and have varying schedules and unit assignments. The Flex Nurse maintains a wide array of medical care knowledge in order to care for a diverse group of patients. Education: Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Experience: Required: one (1) year critical care or emergency room experience OR two (2) years medical/surgical experience Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate effective leadership abilities Exhibits valuable time management skills Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri ▪ Required:BLS and ACLS must be obtained within 90 days ▪ Required:Must obtain PALS within one year of hire
