Requirements: Valid NYS Nursing Licensure Minimum 1-year med / surg experience Graduate of an accredited nursing program Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment Qualifications: ACLS/BLS certification TNCC, ENPC, and CEN preferred Prior ED or Critical Care experience Basic Coronary Care Course within 8 months of employment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to function as a member of a team ED experience preferred; exceptional candidates from other backgrounds considered Flexibility required to work varied shifts including weekends and holiday rotation Company Culture: Thompson Health has a culture of empowerment.
