Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Mornings– Westwood Ridge TCU

Schedule: Full-time | 64 hours per pay period | Monday to Friday | 6:30am-2:45pm | Every other weekend and holiday Pay Range: $38.00 - $45.00/hour for RN (non-exempt) | $27.50 - $34.00/hour for LPN (non-exempt) | Based on experience, qualifications, and location. What you'll do as a Nurse: Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards Implement and uphold clinical standards, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation. Deliver Direct Patient Care Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety. Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients. This job also requires: Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in the state of Minnesota. CPR within 6 months of hire. Clear and compassionate communication abilities. Experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices. Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with resident, team members and family. Ability to pass state mandated background check.
