The position will support allegation intake and triage; jurisdictional, definitional, credibility, specificity, and time-limitation assessments; conflict-of-interest screening; evidence-preservation and sequestration planning; procedural notices; inquiries and investigations; interviews and document review; chronology and evidentiary analysis; coordination of inquiry and investigation panels; preparation of neutral memoranda, reports, and correspondence; tracking of deadlines and required actions; maintenance of confidential case files; and coordination with University counsel, information technology, colleges, sponsors, and governmental oversight agencies, as appropriate. The role requires independent judgment, careful application of policy, exceptional analytical and writing skills, discretion, procedural fairness, and the ability to evaluate complex and potentially contentious factual records without prejudgment.
