In the role of Resources Marketing Intern, we'll count on you to:
Assist other members of the marketing team in the preparation of proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, presentations, and announcements
Provide support for the marketing team, including data entry, note taking, technical editing, and graphics support
Assist with maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, cataloging marketing assets, and other data driven tasks
Edit, customize, and/or write project descriptions and staff resumes
Conduct research and produce documents and reports
Follow the company's brand strategy
Support other administrative duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, business, or related field
Attention to detail a must
Must possess strong problem-solving skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
Preference will be given to local candidates
Required Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
