As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.   What’s in it for you: * Site Location: Goodyear, AZ * Set schedule: Shift 1: Full-time, Thursday through Monday, 2nd shift, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (40 hours) * Shift 2: Full-time, Thursday through Sunday, 2nd shift, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (32 hours) * Shift 3: Full-time, Thursday through Sunday, 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (32 hours) * Shift 4: Full-time, Saturday and Sunday, 2nd shift, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (16 hours) * Shift 5: Full-time, Thursday through Monday, 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (40 hours) * Shift 6: Full-time, Saturday through Tuesday, 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (40 hours) * Shift 7: Full-time, Thursday through Monday, 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (40 hours) * Shift 8: Full-time, Monday 1:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday 2nd shift, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (40.5 hours)   * Competitive hourly wage of $19.43 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) * A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options * Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld * Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Response Security Guard: * Monitor the premises to ensure security * Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity * Control access points and verify identities * Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats * Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security * Write detailed reports on events and incidents * Collaborate with authorities during serious situations * Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Response Security Guard: * Be authorized to work in the U.S. * Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED * Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process * Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations * Responsive and strong problem solving skills * If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! * You must have a guard card   In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.  Apply today – this could be more than a job! 26% of our corporate employees started as frontline workers.
