RN-Clinical (RN) - Observation

Up to $2500 Bonus Based on Eligibility Job Summary The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES * Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care.   * Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals.  * Ensures safety guidelines and work practices.   * Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of healthcare team members.  * Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility.   QUALIFICATIONS * Special Skills  * We are seeking enthusiastic new graduate nurses who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.   * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.   * Candidates should be prepared to adapt to a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure.  * Demonstrates excellent customer service and basic computer skills.   * We are committed to providing structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities to help you build confidence and succeed in your nursing career.  * Minimum Requirements  * Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school  * Certifications:  * License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona  * BLS required at hire  * ACLS required within 30-days.  * Preferred Requirements  * Education: BSN  #LI-BV1  Join our dedicated healthcare team where compassion meets innovation!
